Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring we can manage our fleet effectively.

1. Cancellation Window

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the pickup time: 100% refund of the advance paid.
  • Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the pickup time: 50% refund of the advance paid.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the pickup time: No refund of the advance paid.

2. How to Cancel

You can cancel your booking through your user dashboard or by contacting our customer support team at +91 60038 37342.

3. No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for your booking at the scheduled pickup time without prior notice, the booking will be treated as cancelled and no refund will be issued.

4. Early Returns

We do not offer refunds for early returns of vehicles. The full amount for the booked period will be charged.

5. Force Majeure

In case of extreme weather conditions or government-imposed restrictions, Crazy Carz reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings. In such cases, a full refund or credit note will be provided.
