1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Crazy Carz website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Eligibility

To rent a car from Crazy Carz, you must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driving license. You are responsible for ensuring that all documents provided are authentic and up to date.

3. Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. Full payment or a minimum advance may be required to confirm a booking.

4. Rental Period and Pricing

The minimum rental period is 24 hours. Extensions are charged based on our hourly rate for less than 4 hours, and a full day rate for 4 hours or more.

5. Use of Vehicle

The vehicle must be used in a responsible manner and in compliance with all traffic laws. The vehicle should not be used for any illegal activities or commercial purposes without prior authorization.

6. Liability

Crazy Carz is not liable for any personal injury or property damage incurred during the rental period. The renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period.
